Motor Rewinding & Rebuilding

Complete rewinding and rebuilding of AC and DC motors — from fractional to thousands of horsepower — to OEM standards or better, tested and documented before they ship.

Rewound to OEM spec — or better

We strip, clean and rewind AC and DC motors with new copper, insulation and connections, then vacuum-pressure impregnate (VPI) and bake for a winding that's built to outlast the original.

  • New copper & insulation
  • VPI & bake
  • EASA-standard workmanship
  • Any voltage class

Complete mechanical rebuild

A rewind is only half the job. Bearings, shafts, housings and end bells are inspected, machined and rebuilt in our own machine shop — so the motor comes back mechanically as-new.

  • Bearing replacement
  • Shaft & journal machining
  • Housing & end-bell repair
  • Dynamic balancing

Tested & documented before it ships

Every motor is surge- and hi-pot-tested, run-tested and balanced, and the results are documented — so you know exactly what you're getting back and why it will last.

  • Surge & hi-pot testing
  • Full run testing
  • Vibration analysis
  • Documented results
