Rogers Electric Motor Service has two of the most modern, fully equipped motor repair facilities in Atlantic Canada. Our shops are equipped the latest testing and repair technology available. Here is a short list of some of our key equipment:

	VPI Tank Vacuum Pressure Impregnation provides the best results for insulation motor coils Our VPI uses 433-75-VTC grade-type epoxy

	Convection Curing Ovens Allow for fast and thorough curing of large components 1,200 cubic feet maximum capacity

	Testing Panel Capable of testing motors from 115 volts (single phase) up to 4,160 volts (three phase)

	Large Temperature Controlled Burn-Off Oven Temperature controlled to minimize damage to the stator in the burn-off process All ovens have a minimal impact on the environment

	Balancing Machine 15,000 lbs capacity

	Machine Shop Complete in-house machine shop Rebuild shaft and housing fits Shaft replacements Commutator resurfacing, undercutting, and beveling Six full time machinists

	Transportation / Logistics / Delivery Four trucks cover the provinces of New Brunswick, Quebec, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland & Labrador 24-7 availability

	Core Loss Testing Equipment To verify the condition of the stator integrity before rewind Up to 3,000 HP testing capability All stators are core-loss tested before rewind Testing results provided to clients

	Surge Testing Equipment Full service electrical testing station Up to 5,000 HP testing capability Roger's uses Baker surge testing equipment All rewinds are tested and reports supplied

	Load Testing Center Capable of load testing motors Dynometer test set complete with software Reports are supplied to customers and available online
